Common questions before you write

The converter isn't working on my device. Make sure you are using a modern browser (Chrome 80+, Edge 80+, Firefox 75+, Safari 14+). The tool uses WebAssembly which requires a relatively recent browser. Also ensure you are selecting .heic or .heif files — other file types are not supported.

My converted images look different from the originals. Try increasing the quality slider to 95–100% before converting. Lower quality settings introduce visible compression. If the issue persists, describe the specific difference in your message.

I want to convert a very large number of files (100+). Process in batches of 30–50 to avoid running out of browser memory. Each batch can be downloaded as a separate ZIP file.
